Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
A valid card on file is required to book. Your card will only be charged if this policy is violated.
Late arrivals over 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling, depending on availability. Full service fees still apply.
